Usage Instructions
Directions for use: Do not swallow.
All surfaces should be spot tested in an inconspicuous area before use.
Shower Recess: Clean surface first, wipe over with undiluted White King, leave for 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly. Use undiluted.
Toilets: Flush toilet. Pour undiluted White King in and around the bowl. Clean with brush. Leave for 10 minutes, then flush. Use undiluted.
Kitchen Bench Tops, Fridges, Stoves: Apply mixture of bleach and water, then rinse thoroughly. Dilute 1:8, 1/2 cup bleach, 1L water.
Floors & Walls: Apply mixture of bleach and water with a sponge. Leave for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Dilute 1:40, 1/2 cup bleach, 5L water.
Garbage Bins: Rinse first, then pour in undiluted White King. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. Use undiluted.
Drains: Pour into the area. Leave for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use undiluted.
Laundry: Hand Washing: Add to half a bucket of water. Wash normally, rinse well.
Dilute 1:100, 1/5 cup bleach, 5L water.
Machine Washing (Top Load): Add mixture of bleach and water to machine at end of fill cycle, then wash normally. Dilute 1:5, 4/5 cup bleach, 1L water.
Stubborn Stains: Wash article in cold water. Soak in mixture of bleach and water for 5 minutes, rinse well. Wash normally. Dilute 1:25, 2/5 cup bleach, 2.5L water.
1 cup = 250mL.
1L = 1000mL.
Before using White King:
Refer to Manufacturer’s instructions on clothing. White King should not be used on silk, wool viscose, rayon, tencel, leather, acetates and drip dry fabrics. Do not use on bare steel, silver, aluminium, marble, unpainted metal or worn, chipped enamel in baths and basins. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals. Dispose of diluted solutions after use. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Rinse container with water before disposal screw cap firmly and store upright below 25° C. Do not use on therapeutic devices. Safe to use with septic tanks where manufacturers recommend the use of antibacterial and disinfectant products.
Bleaching and colourfast test:
Use White King confidently on all whites and colourfast fabrics. Generally, modern fabrics are colourfast but if unsure test a hidden part of the article in a mixture of 1/3 cup White King to 2/3 cup water for 3 to 5 minutes. Use White King if no colour change occurs.
For surfaces: Test as above but use undiluted White King on non-porous hard surfaces.
First Aid
For advice, contact a poisons information centre (Phone 13 11 26 Australia; 0800 764 766 New Zealand) or a doctor. If swallowed do not induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the poisons information centre or doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If skin or hair contact occurs. Remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.
Safety Directions
Not to be taken. Wear gloves and eye protection when mixing or using. Ensure adequate ventilation when using. Do not mix with hot water. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use only as directed.
Product Warnings
Corrosive. May produce severe burns. Attacks skin and eyes. Vapour may be harmful. May give off dangerous gas if mixed with detergents or chemicals, especially toilet cleaners. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals.
